| More Info | Karnatak Lingayat Education Society is Premier Education Society. Society's College of Engineering & Technology was Established in the Year 1979. The College is Located in an ideal, congenial and industrial environment on the outskirts of Belgaum.
The city is adjoining the Belgaum-Panjim National Highway. The campus has an area of 17 Acres, with a built up area of 41552 Sq. mtrs. The Institute provides hostel facility for both boys and girls. The college library has a collection of more than 59398 volumes and 185 National and International Journals. The college has well qualified 135 faculty and experienced supporting staff.
The college has good computing facilities in all the departments. The college is having a good training and placement cell. The placements are excellent with over 50 companies conducting campus interviews.
Testing and Consulting cell caters to the needs of Government and Private Establishments. Science and Technology Enterpreneurs Park established in the college, which trains and guides the future technocrafts. Welfare cell and mentors in departments interact with parents about the progress of their wards. The Students take part in sports. It has successively bagged over all championship of VTU in athletics.
NSS and cultural activities are organised by the college and University. College also have very good audio-visual laboratory and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. |
