In a short span the Institution has exhibited commendable growth in all spheres, with the procurement of modern facilities, state-of–the–art equipment, a committed and dedicated teaching faculty and highly disciplined students.

Subsequently the MDS degree course commenced in the year 1996. The institute provides ultramodern equipment and clinical facilities for the training of Post Graduate students as well as for research purposes. The PG section of the library holds an exhaustive number of journals and text books, while also being updated with computers and CD-ROM facilities and internet access to medicine.

On the academic front YDC has made substantial progress with the acquirement of the approval of the Dental Council of India and the Government of India for its Post Graduate Course in 8 specialites of Dentistry.

The Management awards gold medals every year in recognition of outstanding achievements and to bolster academic performance by the students.
